Content Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms, developing and executing content calendars, and strategically driving engagement across digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Strategically plan and implement campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Oversee content production, including graphic design, video production, and written materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Use tools like Trello, Google Drive, and Hootsuite for project management, content scheduling, and collaboration.
  • Create engaging visuals using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to present, but also script the production professional talking-head videos and other multimedia content for online platforms.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality blogs aligned with the company’s tone and objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, optimize workflows, and improve engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms.
    • Demonstrated experience creating and managing content calendars.
    • Proven experience in producing professional blogs and written content.
    • B2B marketing experience is highly desirable.
    • Experience working in a tech company is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience producing professional talking-head videos is a huge plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with tools like Trello, Google Drive, and Hootsuite.
    • Skilled in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
    • Familiarity with AI tools for content development (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI, or similar).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
